At Noughty, we want you to love your natural beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your expectations. Simply ensure items are in their original packaging and follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Noughty account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
